Today Jen and Christine interview sketch and stand-up comedian and Juno nominated Steph Tolev. We talk about her recent Juno nomination (recorded prior to the event), how her parent's landline rings all the time, her dog's big fat vagina, her mom, and how her sister is the favourite. Steph Tolev is a stand up and sketch comedian from Toronto, Canada currently living in Los Angeles. She's wildly funny, and full of energy. Steph has done the prestigious Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal four times! She made her American TV debut on on Comedy Central part of Bill Burr’s show “The Ringers”. AND she was recently named one of Vultures “Comics You Should and Will Know” and one of Comedy Central’s “Up Next” comics to watch. She also has a Comedy Central web series that she co-wrote and co-stars called ” Steph & Deb” with comedian Deb Digiovanni. Steph can also be seen in the Amazon show “Please Understand Me” produced by Sarah Silverman and was featured in season two of “Corporate” on Comedy Central. Steph has won the Canadian Comedy Award for Best Female Stand up and was a finalist in Sirius XM’s next top comic.
Steph is a comedic force who has us laughing the entire time. She talks about Sarah Silverman and beautiful she is, her experience on Bill Burr's show, her Juno nomination and her mom.
